The Bucket List by Mark Towse and Chisto Healy Review

If you're looking for a fantastic, bloody, gory slasher novel with a good dose of dark humor, look no further than The Bucket List by Mark Towse and Chisto Healy.

This is about three couples who are all trying to do things on their bucket lists. Set in a remote bed and breakfast, two couples arrive in the middle of a torrential rain storm and take refuge there. Inside, they meet Alby and Marge, an old couple who supposedly own this B and B.

However, we soon find out that Alby and Marge also have their own bucket list that is less "seeing Niagara Falls and the Grand Canyon" and more "Let's torture, dismember, and eat people".

The other couples soon find themselves drugged, tied up, and gagged as the two elderly owners start to fulfill their dark twisted fantasies.

This is a fun, fast paced, extremely violent and gory novel that feels like a slasher movie in book form. Alby and Marge provide some truly bizarre comedy relief that will have you chuckling in between the horror.

I really had a lot of fun reading this one and I definitely recommend you pick it up as well.
